After-sales Service?
1 year warranty for all kinds of products.
If you find defective on the product when you first time receive products, let us know and we will find solution to help you fix it or send it back to us and let us to fix it for free. If product can not fix at all, we will make a replacement for you.
What about shipping and payment terms？
1:We will start shipment by express such as DHL, UPS, FEDEX, EMS etc, air freight and sea freight. We can also do as client’s request.
2:We accept payment T/T, Paypal, West Union, L/C
How long the lead time is normally and delivery time?
Lead time would be 10~20 working days, it depends on your order quantity. As for delivery time, it usually would be 5~15 days. It depends on what way you want us to start shpment. By sea or by air.
How to place an order？
Step 1:Please send us tell us what model you want and your quantity you would like to purchase.
Step 2: We make a PI for you to confirm the order details
Step 3: When all order details are confirmed, can arrange the down payment.
Step 4: Down Payment is settled down, we will arrange the production and finish the order within stipulate time.
